After a fortnight’s break, Fulham welcome QPR to Craven Cottage in a tasty London derby as the Sky Bet Championship’s intense promotion race continues to rumble on.
Victory for the Cottagers will lift them up to fourth ahead of the weekend’s games, whereas QPR will displace them in seventh with all three points.

Aleksandar Mitrovic is ruled out for Fulham through suspension as he serves a one match ban, having picked up his fifth yellow card of the season away at Birmingham City just a fortnight ago.
Joe Bryan (back), Harry Arter (calf) and Tom Cairney (illness) all missed that trip but are set to be available for this clash.
QPR will be without Yoann Barbet as he continues to recover from a recent muscular injury.
Geoff Cameron however is suspended for this match after picking up a fifth yellow card last time out against Middlesbrough.
Fulham enter this match with seven points from their last five games but at home, they have conceded in each of their last three – including a 2-2 draw with Charlton which was also broadcast on Sky Sports.
QPR have taken five points from their last five matches and have lost two of their last three away games as they remain without an away clean sheet this season.
- Fulham are unbeaten in five of their last six league clashes with QPR (W3, D2, L1).
- QPR have won just one of six trips to Craven Cottage this century, although they have scored twice in three of their last four visits (W1, D1, L4)
- Fulham have taken four points from two home local derbies this season (W1, D1).
This should be a cracking game full of attacking open play between two top teams, particularly given the shaky defending from both sides at times this season.
I therefore am going for a draw simply because Fulham will be a bit vulnerable without Mitrovic, which will benefit QPR but both teams will cancel each other out in attack.
Prediction: Fulham 1-1 QPR
Result: Fulham 2-1 QPR
