Stoke City meet West Bromwich Albion in a huge bottom vs top Sky Bet Championship clash at the BET365 Stadium.
A win for Stoke will lift them off the bottom above Barnsley whilst West Brom can return top with victory, having seen Swansea, Leeds and Preston all bump them down to fourth over the weekend.

Peter Etebo and Tom Edwards are doubts for Stoke as the pair continue to regain fitness after respective groin and hip injuries.
Captain, Ryan Shawcross remains their only long-term absentee with an ankle injury suffered in pre-season.
West Brom will be without teenager, Nathan Ferguson as he begins a three match ban after being red carded last weekend for a rash challenge on Charlton’s Chris Solly.
Connor Townsend could therefore replace Ferguson at left-back as the Baggies have no other absentees to report.
Stoke have taken two wins in their last four matches but three of those games came on the road, although they did end a run of one point from six home games by beating Fulham in their last home game.
West Brom are unbeaten in their last four matches but kept just one clean sheet in that period, whilst taking eight points from their last five away games in which they kept just two clean sheets.
- Stoke have taken just four points from their last five league meetings with West Brom (W1, D1, L3).
- In six previous Championship meetings, the Potters have taken 10 points against the Baggies despite losing both clashes last season (W3, D1, L2).
- West Brom haven’t taken consecutive away wins against Stoke since back-to-back victories in April 1930 and 1931.
Although Nathan Jones’ departure isn’t surprising, I have to say that Stoke could of timed it better rather than just three days before a local Midlands Derby.
We therefore are either going to see a spirited home display or Stoke will just continue to leak goals until a new manager arrives, which I am inclined to think will be the case because West Brom are currently in great form.
The Baggies however haven’t really shone on the road this season but this is a great opportunity to continue their progress and keep a comfortable clean sheet.
Prediction: Stoke City 0-2 West Bromwich Albion
Result: Stoke City 0-2 West Bromwich Albion
