Tottenham Hotspur welcome Manchester United to Wembley for a blockbuster Super Sunday clash.
Tottenham know that this clash is pivotal to their title hopes after Liverpool moved nine points clear following their win over Brighton. Chelsea meanwhile are now a point behind after beating Newcastle, further piling on the pressure as Spurs fight for both the title and a top four spot.
Manchester United meanwhile have little to play for but victory here will boost their top four ambition, despite facing a tough deflict to overturn against their major rivals.

Tottenham will assess Lucas Moura’s fitness after the Brazilian missed their Carabao Cup win over Chelsea with a knee injury,
Eric Dier (appendicitis) is ruled out alongside Victor Wanyama (knee) whilst Jan Vertonghen (thigh) and Mousa Dembele aren’t match fit despite recently returning to training.
Manchester United are without Eric Bailly who serves the last of a three match ban.
Chris Smalling (foot) is doubtful whilst Marcos Rojo is unlikely to feature as he battles his own injury woes.
Tottenham enter this match in great form with just two defeats in their last 13 and have kept clean sheets in four of their last six league games.
Harry Kane has scored seven goals in his last six appearances for Spurs whilst Son Heung-min has netted three goals in his last four home games.
Manchester United meanwhile still have a 100% record since Ole Gunnar Solskjaer arrived in mid December, taking five wins and kept clean sheets in their last two outings.
Romelu Lukaku has scored in each of his last three appearances for United with six of his eight league goals coming away from Old Trafford.
- Tottenham have won three of last five meetings across all competitions (W3, L2).
- Only one of last nine league meetings has seen both sides score.
- Victory here will see Spurs record three consecutive top flight wins over Man Utd for first time since 1960.
- David De Gea has kept only three clean sheets this season compared to 11 at this stage last season.
- Tottenham Hotspur are yet to score an own goal this season in the league. Man Utd meanwhile already have put two in back of their own net.
Tottenham need a win here if they’re to keep pace with Liverpool but Man Utd are a free-flowing side under Solskjaer.
I therefore can see Spurs needing to get on top quickly if are to control this match because United are yet to not score under Solskjaer which is a worry for Spurs’ defence.
In the end, Tottenham will just have too much quality for United to cope with and particularly the combo of Kane and Son.
Prediction: Tottenham Hotspur 2-1 Manchester United
Jake predicts: Tottenham Hotspur 2-2 Manchester United
Result: Tottenham Hotspur 0-1 Manchester United
