This afternoon sees Cardiff make the long trip up from Wales to the North East of England as they face Middlesbrough at the Riverside Stadium.
After drawing against Barnsley last time out it leaves Boro still without a win in their last five league games, a winless run stretching back to 16th September.
Cardiff on the other hand are having a great start to the season under Neil Warnock as they find themselves in 2nd place.
Despite losing their last game to Birmingham City 1-0, the Sky Blues have been in tremendous form and will be hoping to get back to winning ways today.
Happy Hunting Ground
Middlesbrough are a side Cardiff manager Neil Warnock seems to enjoy playing.
Facing the Teessiders 14 times in his career, he has been on the winning side nine times, drawing one and has only been defeated four times.
Warnock will be hoping to add to his impressive tally here today.
Middlesbrough have no new fresh injury concerns but are still without striker Rudy Gestede who remains out with an leg injury.
Cardiff will be hoping that former Middlesbrough man Lee Tomlin has a good game today.
Tomlin spent 18 months at the Riverside before making the move to Bournemouth where he would had a torrid time.
During his time at Middlesbrough Tomlin was a fan favourite and he is expected to get a warm reception from the Boro faithful today.
With Cardiff being in good form and Middlesbrough being in a spell of just drawing games I reckon we’ll see another draw today.
The game itself will be a close drawn affair with lots of chances.
Middlesbrough 2-2 Cardiff
Result: Middlesbrough 0-1 Cardiff
