Zlatan Ibrahimovic is available after missing United’s trip to Chelsea on Monday through a domestic ban.
Wayne Rooney and Anthony Martial have been ruled out through injury.
The latter has however been training with a youth squad alongside Bastian Schweinsteiger and Luke Shaw.

Manchester United have a shaky record against Russian sides.
They have only recorded two wins over clubs from Russia.
There have been seven draws, with just one defeat against Zenit St Petersburg in the 2008 UEFA Super Cup.
Jose Mourinho will need his Red Devils to be in top form and with a rested Ibrahimovic, there will be no excuses for a draw here.

If it finishes 2-2 on aggregate and extra time is needed, FC Rostov will have to be favourites due to United’s fixture congestion.
The Mancunians should however just have enough in them with a fresh Ibrahimovic starting.
Prediction: Manchester United 2-1 FC Rostov
Result: Manchester United 1-0 FC Rostov (Manchester United win 2-1 on aggregate)
